Fiers Boutique: Return/Exchange Policy
Fiers Boutique values your business. We understand there are times that products may not be the right size or not quite the product you intended. We want to make that right. At Fiers Boutique, you can make an exchange or a return for store credit as long as it meets the following criteria.
- Item was purchased in the last 14 days.
- Items are unworn and not damaged.
- Items are submitted with all tags (if applicable)
- Items must be an original price item. No exchange or return for store credit will be issued for sale items, lingerie, hats, swimsuits, or accessories.
Please keep in mind the following:
Returns are for store credit ONLY and return of funds will not be given without special circumstances.
Items purchased may be eligible for return or exchange, if done so within 14 days of receiving the product. If purchased in store you have 14 days of purchase and if purchased online you have 14 days from the date the product is delivered. Customer must send back the original product within 14 days to receive an exchange. The item chosen for the exchange will not be sent out until the original product is received back to Fiers Boutique.
- No item is eligible for exchange/store credit after 14 days of received product.
- Any items received after the 14 day exchange/return timeframe will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the postage if they decide they want the items returned to them.
