PRE-SALE ITEM(S) POLICY

Fiers Boutique: Pre-Sale Item(s) Policy

A unique component of the shopping experience offered at Fiers Boutique, is the opportunity to shop what we call Pre-Sale Items. Pre-Sale Items, are items that I order on a customer-requested basis in terms of items/sizes/styles/quantities. 

When Placing an Order for Pre-Sale Item(s) please be aware of the following:

1. You will shop the site as you would in any other area: Select the item and specifics requested, then add to your cart.
2.  Items’ from the pre-sale site generally take approximately 3-7 days to be received by the boutique. If an item is backordered; this can lengthen the time at which Fiers Boutique receives the item(s). In this event, we try diligently to notify customers. If I do not receive an item you will be refunded your money for the pre-sale item.
